Are all the instructions included with each pattern?
Yes! All my patterns include all the information, techniques and instructions that you will need in order to complete the project. I also have an area on my web site that gives you the ability to print free ‘How To' instructions on some of my techniques as well as basic beading instructions. All my patterns are designed and written as if you were in my classroom and I was standing in front of you giving you the instructions. I wanted my patterns to be easy to follow and to give my customers all the tools to create these items. It brings me great pleasure to know that these pattern offer just that. They have been tested by close acquaintances and family members to ensure they contained all you would need in order to complete the project.
Can I save the PDF files instead of Printing them?
No. I have taken great strides to protect my patterns and techniques. Most of these patterns have taken me years to achieve and complete to their current form. Therefore, I have secured all my PDF's. You will have to YOU MUST PRINT YOUR FILE ONCE YOU HAVE CLICKED ON THE PRINT BUTTON AND DO NOT REFRESH THE PAGE, YOUR FILE WILL BE LOST. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS PAGE AND PRINT A TEST (click here) PAGE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER! THERE ARE OPTIONS AVAILABLE IF YOUR PRINTER IS UNABLE TO PRINT A READABLE COPY OF THE PATTERN.

May I print extra copies?
No. My patterns are all COPYRIGHT Protected. Again, most of these patterns have taken me years to achieve and complete to their current form. YOU SHOULD ONLY PRINT ONE COPY, THE COPY YOU HAVE PAID FOR. EVEN THE FREE PATTERNS ARE IN A SECURE SETUP.
May I teach or use these patterns in a teaching environment?
No. My patterns may not be used in whole or in part in a teaching environment. Permission will NOT be given and it is a Copyright Violation to do so. Please check out Copyright information at the links provided below:

Which version of Acrobat Reader do I need?
You will need Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or newer. The older versions will not work properly with all of my file. My patterns contain a lot of colored images and colored diagrams. This is the best way to print high quality graphic pages. This may take a while to load, but it gives you the ability to print all the images I have in my pattern in a high quality graphics format. You can click on the link below and download Acrobat Reader for FREE if you do not already have it or go to my checklist page and do the same. Acrobat Reader Version 5.0
How do I get a copy of the FREE patterns?
Just click on the button and your pattern will come up. Make sure you follow the instructions on the checklist page. MAKE SURE TO DO A TEST (click here) PRINT FIRST!

Can I have the FREE patterns Printed and Mailed to me?
No. It cost money to print off these patterns and I offer this service to customers who are having problems printing their Purchased items. I am an internet store and the only way to get a FREE pattern is to follow the instructions on the instructions page and print it from there.
How do I place an order if I do NOT have a credit card?
You will need to send me a Money Order or Certified check to my address listed on the contact page. I will then print and mail your order to you by Priority Mail. NM residents please be sure to add appropriate sales tax. PLEASE BE SURE TO PUT THE ITEM NAME AND A BRIEF DISCRIPTION ON YOUR ORDER. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 14 days FOR YOU ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER YOU HAVE MAILED IT. I DO NOT EXCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. MAIL ORDERS ARE FOR USA CUSTOMERS ONLY. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
